Commercial Goat Milking Unit
Commercial Quality Goat Milking Unit Provides all the parts you need from the udder to the bucket lid or pipeline. Choice of Shells (Choose shell on drop down menu above) Heavier weight of stainless steel milks the does faster than lightweight plastic shells. Plastic shells offer visibility to see that liner is installed correctly and working properly. Silicone goat liners (inflations), Silicone milk hoses in both the larger 5/8 and smaller 1/2 inch size. ITP205 semi automatic Goat Claws. An individual milking claw incorporating a shut-off mechanism which automatically controls the vacuum supply to each liner during both milking and washing. As soon as the teat enters the liner, the valves on the ITP205 automatically open. Then, when the teat is removed at the end of milking, rapid air intake creates a vacuum in the valve which automatically closes it. This gives a range of benefits: Less work for the operator during milking and washing. Valves close automatically if the cluster is kicked off. Less vacuum fluctuation when liners are fitted and removed, thus avoiding vacuum drop or intake of dirt. Ability to isolate an unhealthy teat during milking. Easy to inspect for cleaning and maintenance. Name brand quality – not copies or seconds. ITP 205 claws reduce air loss while attaching the milker, making them ideal for portable milkers and situations with under sized vacuum pumps. Kit provides about 3 1/2 feet from the udder to the bucket lid. Longer hoses available for $4 per additional foot. This unit works with Hamby Dairy Supply clear buckets, stainless steel buckets and pipeline milking systems. Not compatible with Surge bucket milkers or Hoegger milking machines. Grade A approved in USA and Canada. This unit will work with small portable systems, all pipeline milking systems or the largest commercial goat operation. Optional green plastic inline shutoff valves are not included, but are available separately. Order the size for 1/2 inch tubing.
