Liquipfan is a concentrated, liquid manual cleaner designed for hand-brushing. Not chlorinated.

• Concentrated - As a general recommendation, use one fluid ounce of Liquipfan in 3 gallons of hot (110°-130°F) water.
• Fast Rinsing • Convenient to use; no dissolving is necessary.
• Triple Surfectant Formula • Removes tough soil deposits; even grease. • Contains Antiseptic Agent. DDBSA helps kill bacteria while it cleans. • Can be used for general cleaning with pressure wash units. Note; the concentrations used will vary based on how hard your water is and the soil load.
Directions for Use for Bucket Milkers: When empty, rinse milker and hoses with 2 gallon warm water. Dump this milky rinse water. Prepare cleaning solution by dissolving 1 oz.-2 oz. of Liquidpfan in 3 - 5 gallon of 125°F Hot water. Brush wash all surfaces completely with this solution. Rinse milker thoroughly with warm (not hot) water and drain completely. Acid Rinse with Surge Citrophos (or MSR), then hang milker components to drip dry. For Brush Washing Dairy Equipment: As a general recommendation, use one fluid ounce of Liquipfan in 3 gallons of hot (110°-130°F) water. For heavier soils, use approximately one fluid ounce of Liquipfan in 2 gallons of hot water. For lighter soils, one fluid ounce of Liquipfan to 4 gallons of hot water or less can be used. The use concentration of this product will vary and is dependent on water quality, the amount and type of soil present, the temperature of the wash water and the length of contact time with the soils to be removed. In case of a heavy soil buildup, presoak equipment and utensils in hot wash solution for five minutes or longer and wash thoroughly. Acid rinse with warm (95°-105°F) water and store according to local regulations.

For General Purpose Cleaning: Liquipfan can be used for general purpose cleaning by preparing a solution of one fluid ounce of Liquipfan to 3 gallons of hot (110°-130°F) water. For removal of heavy grease and oils, prepare a concentrated solution of one fluid ounce of Liquipfan per one gallon of hot water and soak soiled area for five to ten minutes. Brush thoroughly, rinse and drain. If frozen, separation may occur. Thaw completely and mix thoroughly before use. Store this product in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight and heat to avoid deterioration. Keep containers closed to prevent contamination of this product.
