Free Shipping is offered to the 48 continental states on most orders over $250 that can ship via UPS or US Mail
Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping due to the higher cost of air freight.
Extra Heavy items all all Sydell items do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Liquids can not ship via Priority mail or any other air service due restrictions of air freight.
NEXT DAY AIR (UPS) and Express Mail (USPS) are available by phone only. Call 816-449-1314 for costs and options to get expedited shipping. Since Covid, faster shipping is no longer guaranteed by the shipper.
Pallet orders - aka LTL - Orders shipped via semi truck typically ship with Dohrn or Old Dominion. For LTL shipments, you must have a loading dock or Fork Lift or similar to unload the semi. If that option is not available, we can ship with a hydraulic lift gate option at additional cost. Lift gate service must be pre-arranged or your order will be subject to a re-delivery fee from the freight company.
FOB - Buyer is responsible for LTL freight costs. (LTL orders do not qualify for free shipping)

Please note any transit times displayed are time after the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time you place the order.
If you return an item, the original shipping costs are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and return it, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we paid the carrier to get it to you, plus a handling fee from the refund.
Most orders ship within 1 -3 business days. Longer fullfillment times sometimes happen during busy season of March April and May. We have a very large inventory in stock, however manufacturer backorders sometimes cause delays.
If you need your order to ship same day, please call before noon central time and request the order ship that day.
