 We Are Not Currently Accepting ANY Returns

Most items have a one year warranty.   Hoses, inflations and rubber goods are not covered by warranty unless they have a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase and the claim is made within 5 days of purchasing.

If you receive an item that appears to be defective or incomplete, please email a photo.  Keep the original packaging including the shipping label.  After emailing the photo, please call our office at 816-449-1314 for further instructions.

 Warranty items must have an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization.



Please double check your order for accuracy and note we are not currently accepting any returns.

If you want to return an item for any reason (refund, exchange or warranty), first contact Hamby Dairy Supply's Customer Service Desk. Call us at 1-816 449 1314. Returns for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days and have a copy of the original invoice or receipt. (If you can't find your receipt, call us and we will  email you a copy) Many of our items are not returnable because they are used in food production or animal health (See below). Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees.

It is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives because we do not accept returns after 30 days.

 Missing items must be reported to Customer Service at 816 449 1314 within five (5) working days.

All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.



Exchanges: If you simply ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, we will generally exchange returnable items new and unused in original packaging without a restock fee. Customer must pay all shipping charges. (see the list below for items that may not be returned or exchanged). You must have an RMA for an exchange. Call first 816 449 1314

Returns for Refund

Refund: If you want to return an item for a refund, We will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise - less a restock fee. Restock fees are 10% of purchase price with a $10 minimum.  The restock fee is to cover our time and expense to package and ship and then unpack and restock a return.   

Refunds can be issued as a store credit for future purchase or back to the original payment method.

Cancelling an order for refund

Refunds for unshipped orders will have the credit card processing fee deducted from the refund amount.  We can not recoup the card / paypal processing fees, so that amount will not be refunded.

Milk handling Equipment

Milk processing Equipment

Milking Equipment and spare parts (parts that are designed for milk contact)

Closeout and Clearance items

Books, Videos, DVD's.

Animal Health items

Calf, Kid and Lamb feeding items

Milk Filters

Detergents and cleaning supplies

Cheesemaking Supplies

Any sealed container that has been opened

Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Returns must have the following or you WILL NOT be issued a refund: 

- RMA number. You must call 1 816 449 1314 and get a return authorization number
- copy of original invoice, receipt or packing slip from Hamby Dairy Supply.
- A note as to why you are returning the item. (I.E., ordered wrong item, defective item, sold cow, .....)
