Orders are to be prepaid by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Check or Money Order. Electronic and paper checks have a waiting period for checks to clear prior to shipping.
At checkout, you have the choice of UPS or US Postal Service priority mail for small package orders.
Large orders and those with acid detergents or any corrosive label will ship LTL. LTL Freight comes on a semi truck and requires a loading dock, fork lift or tractor and loader for unloading. If you do not have these options, a liftgate truck may be ordered at an additional charge. You can also choose to have LTL shipments sent to your work if you have one of these options. Signature is required for LTL shipments, but please inspect the order for any damage and note it on the receiving document before signing. LTL shipments will ship Old Dominion Freight. For Missouri, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin we can switch to Dohrn for LTL shipments, but the shipping calculator will only show Old Dominion. If we can switch carriers and get you a better rate, then we will refund that amount. We only charge you what the carrier charges us.
Most orders ship the day of or business day after the payment clears. Because farming is seasonal and we cannot control backorders from our manufacturers, there are times when shipping is delayed more than 2 days. If your order is delayed more than 1 week, we will normally call or email to update the status of the order. Tracking numbers and shipping confirmations are provided by email, therefore it is very important that you enter your email address correctly and that you use an email address that does not have a spam blocker. Please check your email for a tracking number.
We offer Next Day Air service via UPS. Next Day Air orders must be called in. 816 449 1314
Most items have a one year warranty. Hoses, inflations and rubber goods are not covered by warranty unless they have a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase and the claim is made within 5 days of purchasing. Returns & Exchanges
Please double check your order for accuracy and note we are not currently accepting any returns due to the C-19 virus.
If you want to return an item for any reason (refund, exchange or warranty), first contact Hamby Dairy Supply's Customer Service Desk. Call us at 1-816 449 1314. Returns for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days and have a copy of the original invoice or receipt. (If you can't find your receipt, call us and we will fax or email you a copy) Many of our items are not returnable because they are used in food production or animal health (See below). Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Because we do not honor returns after 30 days, it is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives. Missing items must be reported to Customer Service at 816 449 1314 within five (5) working days. All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
If you simply ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, we will generally exchange returnable items new and unused in original packaging without a restock fee. Customer must pay all shipping charges. (see the list below for items that may not be returned or exchanged). You must have an RMA for an exchange. Call first 816 449 1314

Refund: If you want to return an item for a refund, We will issue a refund within 30 days less a restock fee. Restock fees are 10% of purchase price with a $10 minimum.
