    This item was not as pictured. I'm sure it will still be plenty functional. I chose to buy this part from Hamby because it looked nicer in the picture than on a competitor's website. On Hamby's site it shows a Hamby milk pail logo which is nice and a nice polished finish. The ones I received do not have the milk pail design and are duller. Still functional but I chose to buy from Hamby based on the picture. I regret to say that my customer service experience was not as helpful compared to my experience with your competitor. That matters to me.
