Sanitary Transfer Pump with fittings for Milk Plan Cooling or Transfer Tank
 
and any 2 inch triclamp aka sanitary clamp outlet
 
Fits 2 inch clamp style butterfly valve that comes standard on Milk Plan Tanks in USA.
 
 
Includes a 2 inch x 1.5 inch offset eccentric reducer
 
You will need to specify length of Tigerflex Intake Hose.  It is included up to 4 feet. 
You will need to choose 3/4 inch or 1 inch outlet transfer hose (fitting is included - we need to know which one to ship)
You will need to order either 3/4 or 1 inch outlet transfer hose - sold per foot

Note this item must be washed and sanitized after every use along with the Milk Tank valve. 
 
Please note this transfer pump is GRAVITY PRIME.  The pump inlet must be below the outlet valve of the Milk Cooling Tank.   Anderson pumps have a 4 blade stainless steel impeller for efficient pumping, but they do not create suction, therefore it is gravity prime.
 
CIP WASHING PUMP AND TUBING
 
Once finished transferring milk to the processing kettle or transport tank, then this pump and tubing can be CIP cleaned in place connected to the empty Milk Plan tank using the 3 standard steps for CIP cleaining that include warm water rinse, hot detergent wash, and final rinse with clear water or acid solution.

* Sanitary fittings for dairy and food processing equipment are measured differently than other industries. Note that a 2.0 outlet valve such as used on Milk Plan tanks has a 1.8 inch Inside Diameter.
 
This item fits 2.0 inch butterfly valves on newer Milk Plan Tanks sold in the USA
