Rebuild Kit for Surge Bucket Milker Original Vacuum Pulsators.


Basic kit includes

  • 4 leathers
  • 4 expanders
  • 2 housing gaskets
  • rubber cap for check valve
  • o-ring for C model pulsators
  • pipe cleaners for cleaning small ports
  • Instructions


Also included are two brushes for cleaning the small ports in the surge pulsator. Dirty ports are a common cause of failure in these pulsators.

Troubleshooting;
 
  • check the vacuum level - Should be 11 or more while on the cow or the pulsator won't work. Vacuum leaks, worn out pumps or too small of pumps are common causes of the pulsator not working.
  • check the vacuum hose.  if it is blocked, the pulsator will not work
  • check the slides - on P and C models the front and rear slides are different and if switched, the pulsator won't work
  • Do Not oil the block - only the leathers

    Everything arrived timely and in good condition. This was the second pulsator rebuild kit I have ordered and the first time I didn’t know I had to order the leather piece for the adjustment screw separately. It wasn’t clear to me in any of the materials that was a separate piece. This second time I ordered I was aware and ordered one for each. Be aware of that if you order!

    Kit was fine and parts were quality. I would have like for the gasket to fit the pins a little better but It’s a matter of convenience not functionality. Customer service from this company is second to none. If you have questions or concerns, call them and they will see you through.

    Needed more directions. This was the first time I tried to repair the pulsator. Kit was complete and saved me from having to purchase a new pulsator. Would highly recommend.

    The people at Hanby even printed off direction s on how to rebuild my pulsator I thought was extremely thoughtful and it was very very helpful they have definitely gained a customer and we will tell everyone we know
